So this is kind of a more personal thing. It's more for myself to keep up with everything that's going on while I try to lose weight and better myself. I am hoping to lose at least twenty pounds by when school starts-then go from there and lose the rest.
I've tried before but have never gotten motivated enough before. But this will change! I have a PHYSICAL OBJECT goal: A pair of SILVER jeans back from my skinny days. So here I go again...
Today is day one:
I did my 20 minute Jillian workout video
I ate well for the most part but could have eaten less.
Then evenings are SO hard..it's the hardest time to fend off cravings and all. Oh well.
K. Well...ummm...I guess that's it for this post :D
