Old man river

*sigh* I feel lonely and lost and...*sigh* sometimes deep breaths aren't enough are they?

Looked at pics from hawaii-gah I was skinny. I can't wait for that again! I was good today :D and think I might go walk to get some extra exercise in.

So I let loose some stuff I needed to let go..it didn't go well, or as I planned. It wasn't bad, just not what I planned. Oh well-when do things EVER go like I plan? haha

I giveup on relationships I think. HAH

  1. Hello :)
I hope that the photos you found will help you in your weight loss project. Don't put yourself in a slump, that is usually when I find myself giving up. Not saying you are the kind of person that would give up. Just trying to give you some encouragement!
I know you'll meet your goal.

  2. Thanks for the comment. :D I am glad to know that there is someone else who feels that way sometimes.
Haha, and you are not alone. I feel the same way when I look at old photos too. My skin looks smoother my tummy smaller my legs thinner.
I like to think of it this way, at that age those things are what we are told to be attractive... but also at that age I didn't have some of the aspects that I have now.
I actually read about a study that was done on men with silhouettes. Women of all shapes and sizes were shown and the men were to pick which they found most attractive. The one picked the most wasn't the model, but the girl that had curves and some actually meat on her bones. :P

  3. Lost and lonely, huh? Well, you shouldn't feel that way, which is typically something quite rude to say to a person, but I have grounds.

You shouldn't feel lost because you have a direction, a project, a goal. Goals are important and you're riding yours hard.

Subsequently, you shouldn't feel lonely because there are people watching you attain those goals. You, my dear, have an audience. In addition to your audience are your fellow actors, myself included--thousands of women across the world included.

Don't feel lonely, beautiful. I know it's hard before college, before any big move. Everything feel stagnant. Nobody wants to start and big new conversation or fascination with you because they're afraid of the pain when they lose you. People might even unconsciously try to distance themselves from you. It's emotional survival instincts, but listen: this loneliness will only make falling into your new family feel all the more splendid.
